Shrimp and Steak Skewers
We will surf on this turf all day long!!
Ingredients
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1–1.5 inch cubes
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 bell pepper, chopped into chunks
1 red onion, chopped into chunks
1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
8–10 skewers (wooden or metal)

Active Time: 30 minutes
Full Time: 2.5 Hours
Throw shrimp and steak and vegetables into Sizzle Marinade.
Thread steak, shrimp, and veggies onto skewers, alternating for color and even cooking.
Preheat your grill to medium-high. Once hot, lightly oil the grates with Frizzle (this helps prevent sticking and adds that clean, high-heat flavor).
Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes total. Turn every 2-3 minutes. Shrimp should be pink and slightly charred, steak cooked to your preferred doneness, and veggies tender with some nice grill marks.
Optional: Drizzle everything with a little extra squeeze of lemon
