Salt and Vinegar Smoked Salmon Chip Stack

Ingredients
Whipped Cream Cheese
Pepper Drops
Capers
Minced Red Onion
Dill
For the Skewer:
Jalapeño garlic stuffed olive
Caper berry
Cornichon
Instructions
Active Time: 15 Minutes
Full Time: 15 Minutes
Assemble your ingredients into a chip stack or tower, placing the chips into the whipped cream cheese. Sandwich the salmon, pepper drops, capers, and minced red onions in between chips. Top with dill and Drizzle, and a garnish skewer through the middle of the stack.
