Fancy Mayo Macaroni Salad
Like pasta salad in a suit and tie!

Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
½ cup Fancy Mayo
1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
½ cup finely diced tomatoes (seeds removed)
1 small jalapeño, finely minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Active Time: 15 Minutes
Full Time: 45 Minutes
Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente; drain and cool completely.
In a large bowl, whisk Fancy Mayo, Dijon, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Fold in cooled pasta, tomatoes, jalapeño, and dill.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld. Enjoy!
